If you could not have confirmed the withdrawal on time and your withdrawal  confirmation link expired, please follow the below steps:


Click on the wallet's icon to the top right corner of the page. Then, click on details:


                                



Choose the "Deposits/withdrawals" section:


 



Click on your withdrawal, the window with the information about will open. There you could see the option to resend confirmation e-mail. You can also cancel your withdrawal request here.

You will receive a new confirmation email for the withdrawal with a new 30 minutes expiry time.
