You can verify your account within the “profile” section of the platform. You can access it by clicking the icon in the top right corner, and then clicking “personal details”
Once you go to your profile, you can edit your personal details. In order to proceed to the verification procedure, click “Verify”.
The KYC solution used on the Genesis Vision platform is provided by the Sum&Substance. You need to check in both boxes, and click “proceed”.
Simply follow the instruction on the screen: need to fill in all of the necessary information, as well as upload a photo of your proof of identity, as well as your selfie. The verification procedure might take up to 24 hours.
